This agreement outlines the professional standards and obligations for service providers on the E-del platform.
1. Service Standards
As a provider, you agree to maintain high standards of professionalism and quality. You must accurately describe your services, set fair prices, and keep your availability status up to date.
Service Limit
Each provider account is limited to a maximum of 5 unique service listings. This keeps profiles focused and easier for customers to browse.
2. Verification & QR Handshake
You agree to comply with our QR Handshake verification flow. This means you must scan the customer's unique QR code upon physical arrival at the job site. Failure to follow this flow may lead to jobs not being recorded, loss of tier status, or account suspension.
Geolocation
You must have GPS enabled during active orders. We verify your location against the customer's to ensure the service is performed where requested.
3. Fees & Billing
The first 3 successfully completed orders on E-del are free of platform fees. To continue receiving requests after the 3rd order, you must pay a one-time, non-refundable access fee of NGN 3,500 via Paystack.
This fee grants you permanent access to the platform without monthly subscriptions or commissions on your service earnings.
4. Conduct & Termination
Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent reviews, off-platform solicitations to bypass safety protocols, or consistent negative reports, will result in immediate termination of access without refund of the access fee.
