1. Account Usage

By creating an account on E-del, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Transactions

E-del is a marketplace platform. While we facilitate connections and verification, all service contracts and payments are currently handled directly between customers and providers. E-del is not a party to these service agreements.

3. Platform Limitations

We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards or misuse the QR handshake system.

4. Dispute Handling

While payments are off-platform, E-del maintains a reporting system. High rates of reports or disputes may lead to tier demotion or account termination.

1. Information We Collect

We collect basic account information (name, email, phone) and service-related data (listings, reviews). For providers, we require a profile photo to build trust.

2. Location Data

As a proximity-based service, E-del requires access to your GPS location to function. This data is used to surface nearby services and to verify on-site arrival via our QR handshake flow.

3. Data Retention

We retain transaction logs and reports to maintain platform security and handle disputes. You may request account deletion at any time through your profile settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Paystack for platform access fees and Leaflet/OpenStreetMap for location services. These partners may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
