Service Portfolio
You can list a maximum of 5 independent services under a single provider account. Whether you offer home cleaning, electrical repairs, or tutoring, you can manage them all from one professional profile.
Build Your Reputation
Your rating starts at 50% and increases with every successfully completed order. Higher ratings lead to better visibility and more trust from potential customers.
Rating Logic
Your score goes up when jobs are completed without reports. It may decrease if disputes are filed or orders are cancelled without valid reason.
Tier Badges
All new providers start as Rookie (Blue Tick). As you grow, you'll unlock additional tiers as the platform expands.
Control Your Schedule
You're in control. Toggle your availability status instantly between Available and Away. When you're on a job, the system automatically sets you to Busy, so you can focus on the customer at hand without distractions.
